This is my short video of my tools and tips for smoking. I use the GMG (Green Mountain Grills) Daniel Boone Smoker/Grill and LumberJack Pellets. This is a pellet smoker. This smoker uses pellets as a fuel and is an electric smoker. I love my Daniel Boone smoker for many reasons you can see below.
