Crust

Coconut Flour

Parmesan cheese

Flaxseed and/or Psyllium Husk Powder

Coconut Oil or olive oil

Salt preferred sea salt

Cream of Tartar or 1/2 tsp of lemon juice or white vinegar

Instructions
Crust
Pre-heat oven to 375 degrees
In a large bowl mix all ingredients until there is no clumps (or mix in food processor) except for mozzarella cheese..
Coconut crust dough
Fold in mozzarella cheese
Spread onto greased baking sheet or lined sheet with non-stick silicon mat
pre-cooked crust
Put in oven for 20-25 mins or until it is brown to your liking
Take out of oven let sit for about 5 mins.
Notes
You can now either slice it up for bread sticks or put your favorite pizza toppings on it and put it back in the oven at 350 degrees for 5-10 mins.
