Coffee Smoothie
This is a version of a bulletproof coffee that I drink just about every morning. It is a nice smooth, whipped coffee drink that gives me all of the nutrients that I need to last until I eat around 1pm.
Ingredients
Coffee smoothie
- 6 oz Fresh Coffee
- 1/2 cup Coconut Milk or Almond Milk
- 1/4 Avocado
- 1 tbs Almond Butter or favorite peanut butter substitute
- 1 tbs Coconut Oil or MTC oil
- 1/8 tsp Sea Salt optional
- 1/4 tsp Cinnamon
- 1 tsp Cocoa Powder Cocao Nibs
- 2 tbs Vanilla Whey Protein Powder or Collagen Powder
Instructions
Coffee Smoothie
- Brew a fresh cup of your choice of coffee
- Put all ingredients, except protein powder in blender and run for about 30 secs or until smooth.
- Add protein powder and blend on low until it is completely smooth and mixed with no lumps.
