Coffee Smoothie

This is a version of a bulletproof coffee that I drink just about every morning. It is a nice smooth, whipped coffee drink that gives me all of the nutrients that I need to last until I eat around 1pm.

Ingredients
  

Coffee smoothie

  • 6 oz Fresh Coffee
  • 1/2 cup Coconut Milk or Almond Milk
  • 1/4 Avocado
  • 1 tbs Almond Butter or favorite peanut butter substitute
  • 1 tbs Coconut Oil or MTC oil
  • 1/8 tsp Sea Salt optional
  • 1/4 tsp Cinnamon
  • 1 tsp Cocoa Powder Cocao Nibs
  • 2 tbs Vanilla Whey Protein Powder or Collagen Powder

Instructions
 

Coffee Smoothie

  • Brew a fresh cup of your choice of coffee
  • Put all ingredients, except protein powder in blender and run for about 30 secs or until smooth.
  • Add protein powder and blend on low until it is completely smooth and mixed with no lumps.
