Cheesy Broccoli
This is keto friendly cheesy broccoli is delicious and very rich in flavor.
Ingredients
Cheese sauce
- 1/2 cup Heavy whipping cream
- 4 oz Cream Cheese
- 1 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
Chopped Broccoli
- 1 lb Fresh Broccoli or frozen broccoli
Instructions
Cheese Sauce
- Soften cream cheese in medium sauce pan over medium/low heat.
- Once cream cheese is soft add heavy whipping cream and cheddar cheese
- Melt all ingredients, stirring occasionally until smooth
- Add broccoli and reduce heat to low and let it simmer for a few mins, stirring until broccoli is cooked through.
